This year « the week of vanilla» will take place from the 16th to the 20th of June 2015 at the hall of the assembly of French Polynesia and also in our following islands: Huahine, Raiatea and Taha’a. 

Visitors will discover how the Tahitian vanilla is cultivated in our islands. They will also have the chance to taste products made from vanilla. There will be many stands where visitors could buy the Tahitian vanilla and learn more about this fabulous spice.  You have to know that the Tahitian vanilla is one of the best in the world and it is cooked by many starred chef of the French cuisine.
