The latest newsletter of “Tahiti Tourisme” reveals that the filming of a US reality TV show took place in French Polynesia. With the collaboration of Air Tahiti Nui, the Manava Suite Resort Tahiti and the Hilton Moorea, 3 episodes of "Real Housewives of Orange County" were filmed in March in Tahiti and Moorea. The first episode was broadcast on July 27, 2015. We will have to wait until the episodes 8, 9 and 10 to discover in pictures what was filmed in French Polynesia. With 1.2 million viewers in average per episode, we can be sure that this reality TV show will be made the promotion of French Polynesia.
