- Our rates are in Euro, inclusive of taxes.
- The rates are valid on the dates specified in your itinerary.
- Greetings at the airport and upon international departure include the following services:
- Flower lei and seashell necklace
- Delivery of your travel documents: hotel and transfer vouchers, inter-island flight tickets, itinerary
- Baggage handling.

- Round trip transfers between the airport and the hotel are compulsory on all the islands, except Tahiti.
- Hotel rooms are officially ready for check-in between 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Check-out is between 11:00am and 12:00pm. Do not hesitate to request an early check-in or late check-out of your room. This service cannot always be guaranteed as they rely on hotel availability. It may also involve an extra cost.
- Please note that a city tax of 150 cfp / person and by night will be billed directly by the hotel. This tax only applies on the islands of Tahiti, Moorea, Bora Bora, Tahaa, Huahine, Tikehau and Rangiroa.
Booking and payment:
- A 10% deposit is requested upon booking for any quote over 1,000€. If you also book your international flights through us, payment in full of the latter will be requested within 7 days from initial booking, in order to issue your airline tickets. Payment can be made by credit card via a secured payment website or wire transfer. (Please note that all related fees for the wire transfer will be at your expense and that wire transfer payment only applies when your arrival is more than 45 days from your booking date.) In both cases please provide copies of all passengers’ passport by fax, or scan a copy by email. For any quote of an amount not exceeding 1,000€, payment in full is requested at the time of booking.
- Some of our partners may have different sales terms than ours. These will be sent to you with your quote.
- The last name and first name of all travelers (as printed on your passport) such as your international flight information (arrival date and time in Tahiti, departure date, flights, airline) must be passed on to us as well.
- A detailed confirmation of the booked services will be sent to you together with a form allowing us to debit your credit card for the balance due. Final payment of the balance of your trip is demanded 30 days before your arrival in Tahiti.
- In case of an arrival less than 30 days, payment in full for your stay is requested in order to confirm the various services using the attached credit card payment form.
- Failing to receive payment in due time, all bookings will automatically be canceled further to a prior warning notice to your email address.
- Your travel documents (air ticket, vouchers and itineraries) will be handed to you directly by one of our guides upon your arrival at Faa’a’s International Airport. The guide will wait for you by the Tahiti Nui Travel desk located opposite international arrivals.
Trip cancelation, postponement and refund
- Any cancelation or postponement request should be notified in writing by email or fax. A confirmation of receipt will be sent by our services within one working day. Should you not receive it during this timeframe, please contact us immediately by phone.
- In case of trip cancelation or postponement, a 25€ fee per person will apply. The balance of payment already taken care of will be reimbursed in full.
- In case of cancelation or postponement between 7 to 15 days before your actual arrival date, a 25% fee of the total price of your trip will be retained.
- In case of cancelation or postponement less than 7 days before your actual arrival date, no refund will be made.
- Some of our partners may have different cancelation and refund terms. These will be transmitted to you at the time of your booking.
- We strongly recommend that you subscribe to a cancelation clause in your travel insurance, either in your country or through us.
- Any claim or refund request should be notified with a maximum delay of 7 days.
Comments on Air Tahiti Nui international flights:
- e-tickets will be issued for the Air Tahiti Nui flights only when there is no other existing flight reservation. Should there be any other airline than Air Tahiti Nui, the air tickets will be sent to you by Fedex. In such a case, an extra fee will apply:
a) For France, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom, Switzerland, USA, Canada, South Pacific region: 50 Euros
b) any other country : 82 Euros
This extra cost will cover the shipping of your international flights by Federal Express courier to your home or office.
All air tickets will be delivered to the same address within 7 working days.
An additional fee will apply to the above should a second shipment be requested. Deliveries are carried out during the day and opening hours.

- All prices are in euros (€).
- Booking and issuing air tickets by Tahiti Nui Travel must occur more than 21 days before the date of your international departure.
- Payment in full should be received in order to issue your air tickets. The airfares are subject to changes before being issued (potential fuel taxes or airline taxes).
- International flight tickets are issued once the booking is confirmed and not on the stand-by list.
- Changes are allowed after the air tickets have been issued and while their period of validity with an extra fee of 12,000 xpf (100€) per passenger.
- Cancelation is allowed after the air tickets have been issued with an extra fee of 24,000 xpf (200€) per passenger. The tickets should be with Tahiti Nui Travel to proceed with the refund.
- No Show: in case of no show while boarding, no refund will be granted.
- These rates are available until 31 December 2012 being the starting date of the season.
- These rates are available for round trip flights only (for a one way ticket, please contact us).
- Air tickets have a validity of 6 to 45 days from the departure date mentioned on the tickets.
- Infant and child airfares can be sent upon request. Infant will considered as not occupying a seat on the airplane.
- All airfares include airport taxes for Paris and Papeete.
- A stop-over may be allowed at no extra cost subject to your booking class.
Passports, visas and other administrative procedures:
Each traveler must hold a valid passport and / or any other document justifying his / her personal situation (French identity card, visa, family civil status book, exit permit to leave the country…) which should conform to the requirements to transit and / or enter French Polynesia.
It is recommended that your passport has a validity of more than 6 months at the date of the trip.

wanted you to specify some details about the accommodation:
-Papeete Relais Fenua: very good accommodation, very friendly host
-Tipaniers in Moorea: absolutely magical, beautiful location, great restaurant.
-Relais Mahana Huahine: pretty overrated, especially unpleasant reception, restaurant overpriced. Litle advise next: at Tara, much cheaper and very good and friendly. By telling the island is beautiful!
A-Bora beach Temanuata: good location, small but cozy bungalow, very warm welcome. Gripe: where breakfasts are given sachets of Nescafe ... At that price, it should have real coffee!
A-Maupiti, Pension Auira: Maupiti Island is beautiful, the bungalows located on Motu Auira are very simple but well located, but must warn people that there is no electricity on the motu Auira and the gen works only from 18h to 22h .... So with the heat we had, it was a bit painful! By cons, the place is great if you like the quiet, the kitchen is large and Gilbert excellent!
A-Raiatea to Sunset Beach: absolutely gorgeous! Huge bungalows in a huge coconut grove, a wonderful welcome (it takes you to shop on arrival at the airport, according to your wishes). And the island is beautiful
-A Taha, pension Hibiscus: Bungalows near the lagoon in a garden that needs to be better maintained, but the decor of the fare is very pretty, sought and home of Leon and his family is nice, food is excellent and their excursions qu'organisent his son, lovely.
-A Tikehau Aito Motel Colette: beautiful location on a beautiful beach, with a beautiful well maintained vegetation, sun. Colette's kitchen is excellent and plentiful (we even had a huge lobster included in the half board!) And her husband Polynesian improvise a few songs with guitar and ukulele on some nights!
-A Rangiroa, Te Vahine Dream is our favorite heart. Norbert is lovely, food is excellent, very well presented, the restaurant overlooks the lagoon. The beach bungalows are beautiful, very spacious, decorated with a lot of research and taste, outdoor bathroom in flowers, large terrace overlooking the lagoon with sun loungers, and despite the lack of beach, you can swim and snorkeling in front of his bungalow
And finally, at Tokerau Village Fakarava. The garden is beautiful, without more, the host is absent, the bungalow is not ready to 14h, sun terrace without the bed has no bedspread, the decor is non-existent, TV, medieval, not streamers and lots of mosquitoes, ceiling fan does not work for ages (or in our bungalows, or in others!) Anyway, to summarize, I would say that it is without charm with a nonexistent host, c ' is if we just talk to us for meals (which are relatively correct). At breakfast, the bread is always frozen (we replied that he must go to the village to look cool ...) and you have to ask what is missing: butter, jam, milk ... no fruit ... For cons, the location is superb, the beach beautiful, especially if you walk a bit to the right, sweet nice for snorkeling.
Voila! I tried to capture our stay the best. We had an unforgettable month, saw and met wonderful people that we will not forget anytime soon.
