MOOREA, a secluded spot of unrivaled charm

Moorea is the most accessible island from Tahiti thanks to numerous daily ferry rides across the channel. Lying in the middle of her turquoise lagoon, Tahiti’s little sister features completely different landscapes with rich green mountainous terrain set against beautiful white sandy beaches.

We sailed to several islands in the Society, but I found Maupiti especially nice. So glad we were able to add this to our list. I think a must-see island. Diving was excellent. Manta rays everywhere. People (like all the Society) were wonderful.
